Delete your data — Mental Health: Smile

Delete everything stored in the app (instant)

Open Smile and go to the Me tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete all my data, then confirm.

This removes, immediately and from the device only: your name and goals, every reflection and mood check-in, all self-test results, course progress, streak, achievements and the random device identifier. Uninstalling the app has the same effect. Nothing is kept by us, because the app stores this data only on your device.

Request deletion of purchase records

If you bought Premium, Google Play and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) hold a purchase record: the purchase token, product id and an anonymous device identifier. To have that record deleted, email mochitg45@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Smile purchase data" and the Google Play order number. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. Deleting it does not cancel an active subscription; cancel that in Google Play → Subscriptions.

What is kept

Advertising data handled by Google AdMob follows Google's own retention; you can reset your advertising ID in Android settings. If you turned on AI journal replies, our reply service keeps only a request counter for 48 hours, then it expires on its own.
